Ardohr has committed to the deployment of hosted MS Exchange services as the standard mail server platform for CreDec across its UK operations. This decision follows a strategic infrastructure review of Ardohr’s legacy network infrastructure. MS Exchange was chosen because of its integration with MS Dynamics CRM.

The Public Accounts Committee (PAC), the influential cross-party House of Commons select committee, chaired by Margaret Hodge MP, invited CreDec to submit evidence on the payment channels used by UK employers for salary payments in November.

CreDec, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority as a provider of payment services, has expanded its FSA registration to include the execution of electronic payments originated remotely via telecommunications networks and digital devices.

CreDec has signed an agreement with European credit information services provider, Creditsafe, for the provision of credit reporting services, following a successful trial of the services that commenced in Autumn 2010.

CreDec has announced a research project into mobile payments. The project, which is being run jointly by CreDec and its Spanish consulting partner, a business with strong expertise in mobile telecommunications and remittance payments, with which CreDec has a long standing association and history of collaboration dating from 2005, will evaluate the potential for domestic and cross border mobile payment services.
