CreDec has started testing wireless broadband services from Lothian Broadband Limited, a cooperative company set up by local entrepreneurs to provide reliable high bandwidth broadband to the local communities of Morham and Garvald, East Lothian. The services will support connectivity at CreDec’s East Lothian National Service Centre.

Emma Nyman, is set to return to CreDec as head of Client Services. Emma originally worked in a senior role with the directors of the company as account director heading global accounts for Ardohr’s telecoms division, ITMC, when she left to start a family in 2004. Emma’s new role includes responsibility for CreDec Professional Services, its consulting arm.

CreDec has extended its agreement with Callitech Limited, for the provision of overflow call centre capacity to support CreDec sales and marketing campaigns for 2011 and 2012.

The Intellectual Property Office, the UK Trade Marks Office, has formally recognised all proprietary design rights in CreDec’s ‘CreDec Taking Credit Where It’s Due’ strap line, adding to the protected rights the business already enjoys in the CreDec logotype and CreDec brand name. The holder of all Intellectual Property Rights in the CreDec brand is Ardohr Limited, the UK private limited company of which CreDec is the trading name. CreDec’s legal team were advised by Alastair Tweedie, Director, Layline Communications, Ardohr’s brand advisers.
