CreDec’s proprietary browser based internal and customer support applications are being upgraded to support video content and improved search and content management. CreDec manages its knowledge base and related content in a web infrastructure that’s independent of core payment applications for reasons of security and contingency planning.

A delivery date for the planned long-term integration of CreDec’s knowledge base with core customer payments infrastructure with a single customer sign-in, is expected later this year.
